How this practice operates

  • 01 Fixed fee

Every engagement carries a published fee in US dollars. There is no hourly billing and no scoping retainer.

  • 02 Priced before the conversation

The full catalogue and every fee are on this page. You do not need to speak to anyone to learn the price.

  • 03 Paid in full, up front

The published fee is paid by card when you submit your brief. Nothing is billed afterwards, and there are no charges beyond the fee you agreed to.

  • 04 Built for more than one market

A project records the countries it concerns rather than assuming a single market, because cross-border questions rarely have one.

The catalogue

Every engagement, and every fee, published.

Each engagement is a defined research product with its own structured intake. Choose the decision you need to make — the fee is the fee.

12 engagements·Fees from USD 1,500.00 to USD 5,000.00

Not certain which engagement fits the decision? Start a brief and describe it in your own words. The engagement is confirmed with you before any work is commissioned.

Process

From brief to deliverable, in four defined stages.

The same four stages apply to every engagement. Nothing about the sequence is bespoke, which is what makes one engagement comparable to the next.

  1. 01

    Select the engagement

Choose one of the published research products. The fee and the boundary of the work are set before you begin, so there is nothing to negotiate first.

  2. 02

    Complete the structured intake

Each product carries its own questionnaire. You answer the questions that determine the research, and every answer stays recorded against the question that asked it.

  3. 03

    Pay the published fee

The fee is taken by card through Stripe, so Talkaty never sees or stores your card details. Your engagement is confirmed and given a project reference once the payment clears.

  4. 04

    Research, review, delivery

The project then moves through its recorded stages — research, verification, analysis and review — before a deliverable is issued.

Project status — intake → researching → verifying → analysing → review → delivered

Every project carries its status and its reference from intake through to delivery.

Methodology

The standards we hold the work to.

Four standards that apply to every engagement we sell. They are the reason the work is priced and scoped the way it is.

  • Fixed fee, defined scope

The fee is published against the product rather than assembled after a scoping call. You know what an engagement costs and what it covers before you commit to it.

  • The brief is the specification

Every product carries its own intake questionnaire, and every answer stays bound to the question that asked it. There is no gap between the question you asked and the work that gets scoped.

  • Conclusions you can check

Our standard is that a material conclusion is delivered with the basis for it, so your own people can examine the reasoning rather than take it on trust.

  • Reviewed before it is issued

Review is a stage of the engagement rather than an optional extra: the project lifecycle carries a review state between analysis and delivery, and deliverables are versioned.

Talkaty deliverables are research and advisory documents. They are not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice.

About

A practice built around the decision, not the document.

Talkaty is an international business intelligence and advisory practice. Companies use it to evaluate markets, competitors, counterparties, investments and international expansion, one defined engagement at a time.

Each engagement begins with a structured brief rather than a conversation, so the question being answered is written down before the work starts. Talkaty is owned and operated by Gentium Capital Pte. Ltd.
